Pilbara Mount Isa Rodeo Giveaway Terms and Conditions
1. Promotion Period
The promotion commences at 0:01am AEST on Monday 4 May 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on Sunday 31 May 2026 (“Promotion Period”).
2. Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.
Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, participating IWS franchisees (including stores operating under the Worklocker brand), and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
3. Participating Stores
The promotion is available at participating Independent Workwear Specialists (IWS) stores across Australia and via participating IWS online channels, including Worklocker online.
This promotion is not available via IWS-owned online stores outside of Worklocker-branded platforms.
3A. Franchisee Participation & Franchising Code of Conduct
Participation by IWS franchisees in this promotion (including but not limited to in-store promotional activity) is voluntary.
Franchisees are not required to participate in the promotion and are not required to fund or incur any costs associated with the promotion unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing with the Promoter.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to limit, exclude or modify the application of the Franchising Code of Conduct.
4. How to Enter – Major Prize Draw
To enter the Major Prize draw, eligible entrants must, during the Promotion Period:
a) Purchase any eligible Pilbara Collection product in a single transaction from a participating IWS store or via Worklocker online; and
b) Locate and scan the QR code or access the promotional link available on in-store or digital promotional materials; and
c) Complete the official online entry form by providing all requested details, including (but not limited to) full name, contact details and store of purchase; and
d) Confirm, by selecting the relevant checkbox on the entry form, that they have purchased a qualifying Pilbara Collection product; and
e) Submit the completed entry form during the Promotion Period.
Entry Conditions:
- One (1) entry is permitted per qualifying transaction
- Multiple entries are permitted, provided each entry is linked to a separate qualifying purchase and separate entry submission.
- Entrants must retain their original purchase receipt.
5. Prize Details – Major Prize
There is one (1) Major Prize to be won.
The Major Prize consists of a trip for the winner and one (1) guest to attend the Mount Isa Rodeo from Friday 7 August 2026 to Sunday 9 August 2026.
The prize includes:
Return economy flights for two (2) people from the winner’s nearest Australian capital city to Mount Isa, Queensland
One (1) carry-on and one (1) checked baggage allowance per person (subject to airline conditions)
Two (2) x 3-day passes to the Mount Isa Rodeo
Two (2) nights’ accommodation for two (2) people (7–9 August 2026) on a double bed sharing basis, subject to availability. No twin room requests will be accepted.
Car hire for the duration of the stay (subject to provider terms and availability)
AUD $600 spending money.
Total prize pool: $4900.
Car Hire Conditions
Car hire is subject to the rental provider’s terms and conditions.
The winner must:
Hold a valid Australian driver’s licence; and
Meet all age and eligibility requirements.
The winner is responsible for:
Security bond requirements
Fuel, tolls, parking, fines and infringements
Additional insurance and any excess payable
6. Prize Draw
The draw will take place within three (3) business days (Tuesday 2nd June 2026, 12:00pm) of the Promotion Period closing at:
IWS Support Office
1/66 Township Drive, Burleigh Heads QLD 4220
The winner will be selected by random electronic draw.
7. Winner Notification & Verification
The winner will be notified via phone and/or email within three (3) business days (Friday 5th June 2026, 12:00pm) of the draw.
As part of the verification process:
The Promoter will cross-reference entry details against participating store and/or online sales data;
If the purchase cannot be verified, the entrant must provide a valid original receipt upon request.
Failure to provide valid proof of purchase within the required timeframe may result in disqualification and a redraw.
8. Refunds & Returned Purchases
If a qualifying purchase is returned, refunded or cancelled, the associated entry will be deemed invalid.
If this occurs after the prize has been awarded, the Promoter reserves the right to:
Require forfeiture of the prize; or
Recover the full value of the prize from the winner.
9. Prize Conditions
The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
Travel must occur on the specified dates.
The winner and guest must travel together.
The winner is responsible for ensuring their guest complies with these Terms & Conditions.
The prize does not include:
Travel insurance
Additional meals, upgrades, or incidental expenses beyond costs incurred with the spending money specified in Section 5.
Additional baggage beyond airline inclusions
10. Travel & Event Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter (Pilbara Collection) and IWS are not responsible or liable for:
Flight delays, cancellations, rescheduling or airline disruptions
Lost, delayed or damaged luggage
Missed connections or failure to check in on time
Vehicle hire issues, breakdowns, or accidents
Event cancellation, postponement or changes
Accommodation changes or supplier issues
Any personal injury, illness, loss or damage incurred during travel or attendance
All travel is undertaken at the winner’s and guest’s own risk.
The Promoter strongly recommends purchasing comprehensive travel insurance.
If any component of the prize becomes unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute it with an alternative of equal or greater value.
11. Unclaimed Prize
If the prize is unclaimed or forfeited, a redraw will occur within three (3) business days (Wednesday 10th June 2026, 12:00pm), at IWS Support Office, 1/66 Township Drive, Burleigh Heads QLD 4220, in accordance with applicable regulations.
12. Verification & Disqualification
The Promoter reserves the right to:
Verify entries and entrant identity and/or
Disqualify any entrant who:
Breaches these Terms & Conditions
Provides false or misleading information
Tampers with the entry process
Engages in fraudulent or unfair conduct
13. Privacy & Marketing Consent
By entering this promotion, entrants:
Consent to the collection, use and disclosure of their personal information by Pilbara Collection and IWS (including Worklocker-branded stores) for:
Promotion administration
Prize fulfilment
Marketing and promotional communications
Agree to receive ongoing marketing communications from:
Pilbara Collection; and
IWS (including Worklocker and participating IWS stores)
Entrants acknowledge and agree that their personal information may be shared between these entities for the above purposes.
Entrants can opt out of marketing communications at any time via unsubscribe mechanisms.
All personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and the respective privacy policies of:
Ritemate Workwear (Pilbara Collection); and
14. Liability
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter and IWS exclude all liability for any loss, damage or injury (including indirect or consequential loss) suffered in connection with:
This promotion; or
Acceptance or use of the prize
