Therefore, functionality is more important than aesthetics. The boots should be waterproof since you are going to work outdoors. This will keep your feet dry and comfortable. Also, it should be made from a material that will allow you to move with ease and not in a manner wherein you will be restricted.
If in case that you are only wearing ordinary work shirts, it will be a good idea if you can have a rain coat. This will serve as your best friend when the rain comes. Of course, you do not know when exactly it should be. Nonetheless, it pays to be prepared all the time by having a raincoat handy so that it can be easily accessed when needed. This will also help to prevent you from being sick from getting wet in the rain.
You will also need a hard hat when you are working outdoors. In fact, in construction sites, it should be worn all the time, which is done as a protective measure from any falling object that can possibly hit your head. It may be slightly uncomfortable to be moving around with the hat, but believe me, wearing such will do you nothing but good.
