Shipping & delivery
- Standard shipping: $20 on orders under $200, usually 5–8 business days.
- Free standard shipping on orders over $200.
- Express shipping: $30, usually 1–3 business days.
- Free Click & Collect from our Chatswood store (Sydney metro). We'll email you when your order is ready to pick up.

Returns & exchanges
Return requests for eligible items must be lodged within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unused and unwashed, with their original tags and packaging, and in saleable condition. Try footwear indoors on carpet and keep the original shoe box.
Exclusions apply, including clearance and final-sale items, underwear, swimwear, PPE, safety eyewear, respiratory products, custom-branded items and gift cards. Change-of-mind return postage and exchange charges may apply.
